The Fund provides ordinary distributions on a cents-per-unit basis, which are paid semi-annually, set at a level that targets an annual distribution of approximately 4%1. For this financial year the distribution will be set at 8 cents per unit. The intention is to pay a special distribution in the years when the Fund’s taxable income is significantly in excess of the ordinary distribution. This is to create certainty and consistency of distributions over time. However, the Fund’s objective remains long-term capital growth.
